Shipping policy

All purchases over R499 get you rewarded with free delivery. Purchases under R499 delivery costs a flat, nationwide fee of R60.

Your package will be shipped out to you within 1 - 2 working days of you placing your order and should take approximately 2 - 5 working days to arrive at your door depending on where you are located.

Kindly inform us if after 7 days of placing your order if your package did not arrive.

Should your package arrive damaged please inform us within 7 days of receipt so we may further investigate. Should your goods be damaged on receipt and you don't let us know within 7 days then we sadly cannot accept liability for the damages and won't be able to give you a refund or return, this is due to the Ts&Cs with our delivery partners.
